2011

In January, VV Group was on the list of the 2010 Top 500 Enterprises in Jiangsu Province

In March, VV Soybean Milk occupied the largest market share in 2010 according to the announcement by China General Chamber of Commerce. It saw its VV Soybean Milk be the sales champion from 1996 to 2010 and rank first in market share for eight years in a row from 2003 to 2010 among all players according to the report of China Industrial Information Issuing Center.

In June, VV Group was awarded the Advanced Unit for Technological Reform in the Eleventh Five-Year Plan by the Jiangsu Provincial Economy and Information Technology Commission

2010

In January, VV Group was awarded the Certificate of Metrological Assurance Capability (January 25, 2010 to January 24, 2013) for its series of soybean milk powders.

In March, VV Soybean Milk Powder eclipsed all rivals of the market in terms of market share in 2009, and so did its sales.

In May, VV Group was awarded the Advanced Unit and the first Vice-President Unit by the Jiangsu Leading Enterprises Association. It was given the Certificate of Food Quality and Safety and Certificate of Environment Management System.

In July, VV Group was included in the 2009 Golden Bull 100 Listed Companies—— food and beverage industry.

In November, VV Group won the following honors: the 2010 Most Socially Responsible Enterprise of China's Food Safety (from November 2010 to November 2011), 2010 China’s Top 10 Food Safety Enterprises, and 2010 China’s Top 10 Figures for Food Safety.

In December, VV Group was selected as the 2010 Leading Enterprise in the Solid Beverage Industry.

2009

In January, VV Group was listed in the 2008 Top 500 Enterprises, standing on the 394th place.

In March, VV Soybean Milk Powder eclipsed all rivals of the market in terms of market share in 2008, and its sales beat all soybean brands.

In October, VV Group acquired a 51% stake of Hubei Zhijiang Wine Co., Ltd.

In December, VV Group won the Gold Prize of the Long March of Jiangsu Products and the title of the Outstanding Enterprise for Market Developing along the Long March.

In the same year, VV Group became the designated company which produced milk for students in Jiangsu Province.

2008

In March, VV Soybean Milk Powder eclipsed all rivals of the market in terms of market share in 2007, and its sales beat all soybean brands.

In May, VV Group won the Third Prize for its research in new type of acidified milk products. VV Group built the first company-led rescue team when the earthquake hit Wenchuan, with its donations totaling RMB 13.8 million.

In October, against the background of the Sanlu tainted milk powder incident and the global financial crisis, VV Group released its grain products without milk, including VV Red Bean Milk, VV Soybean Milk, VV Cereal and Grain Milk and VV Red Bean and Grain Milk.

In November, VV Group established a production base for fresh-squeezed oil in Zhengyang County, Henan province, which was the County of Peanuts. Soon later VV fresh-squeezed peanut oil entered the market.

In December, our VV Soybean Milk Powder and Soybean Liquid Milk were given the Certificate of Jiangsu Famous Brand Product.

In the same year, VV Group served the market with such many new products as VV Tianshanxue medlar milk, high-calcium milk, breakfast milk, peanut milk, walnut milk, red date milk, Tianyuan ecological milk, corn milk drinks and red date soybean milk. VV Food & Beverage Co., Ltd. got accredited ISO14001 environmental management system certification. Cui Guiliang was selected into the first batch of Outstanding Entrepreneurs of Jiangsu Province. In that year, VV Group realized the sales revenue of RMB 11 billion, with its profit tax being RMB 0.99 billion. VV Group has 15,530 employees, among which more than 4,000 are technicians, more than 3,500 have junior college degree or above and more than 3,572 are engaged in QA-related works.

2007

On July 29, Shuanggou Daqu, “I love Xuzhou”, came into the market. VV Group invited Ms. Wu Xiaoli, a very famous compere of Phoenix TV, as its spokesperson.

On September 1, VV Group was chosen into the 2007 China Top 500 Enterprises and the 2007 China Top 500 Manufacturing Enterprises a second time.

On September 7, VV Group was honored with “the China Quality and Credit Tripod”.

On October 15, VV Group worked with CITIC Group to set up XinWei Mining Resources Co., Ltd. with its business scope covering technological research and development of mining products. Currently, it owned two entities, Shannxi Shangluo Hengyuan Mining Co., Ltd. and Gansu Gengxin Mining Co., Ltd., focusing on precious metals such as molybdenum, nickel, lead-zinc, gold and silver.

VV Group sped up its upgrading and replacing its old products and released the following new products: No. 1 VV Soybean milk powder, No. 2 Soybean milk powder, three soymilk powders with different favors, namely original, high-calcium and high-vibe, four pastes including corn paste, corn paste without sugar, five-grain paste, black sesame paste, four Jinpai nutritious soybean milk powders, including 3 plus nutritious soybean milk with iron, zinc and calcium, nutritious soybean milk powders with oak and eggs, nutritious soybean milk with longan and lotus seed, nutritious soybean milk with high calcium and vitamin, and eight new types of gift boxes such as walnut powder, Jinxi and Golden Harvest. VV Group realized its sales revenue of RMB 10.5 billion, with its profit tax of RMB 0.91 billion.

2006

On October 31, VV Group acquired Ningxia Eastern Dairy Co., Ltd., and Yinchuan VV Beita Dairy Co., Ltd., its subsidiary, was designated to take part in the Students’ Milk Program.

On November 14, VV Group entered into an agreement with Jiangsu Shuanggou Liquor Group Co., Ltd. to take over its 38.27% stake, stating that VV Group became its shareholder.

On December 10, VV Jiaoyijiao Fruit & Soybean Nutrition Bar, a high-tech soybean product which was jointly developed by VV Food & Beverage Co., Ltd. and Otsuka Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (Japan), made its first appearance in the market.

In the same year, VV Group established its development strategy of food manufacturing, comprehensiveness, diversify and internationalization. Four products, VV Soybean Milk Powder, Tianshanxue milk & beverage and Liuchaosong flour, won the title of “National Inspection-free Product” at the same time. VV vegan protein beverage, VV soybean milk powder, Tianshanxue liquid milk, beverages with milk, Liuchaosong flour from VV Liuchaosong Flour Co., Ltd. and Shuanggou Daqu Liquor and Mudan Daqu Liquor from Jiangsu Shuanggou Liquor Group Co., Ltd.were awarded the 2006 Jiangsu Famous Brand Product. VV was awarded by the Ministry of Commerce the 2006 Most Competitive Brand. VV Group ranked 147th among the 2005 China Top 500 Most Competitive Enterprises.

2005

On January 17, VV Group became HACCP certified.

In April, VV Group built up bonds of cooperation with Otsuka Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (Japan)

On August 4, Xuzhou VV Food & Beverage Co., Ltd. was renamed as VV Food & Beverage Co., Ltd.

On September 1, VV Soybean Milk Powder and Tianshanxue Liquid Milk were awarded as China Famous Brand Product.

In November, VV Group won the title of 2005 China's Most Growing Self-owned Enterprise in Manufacturing Industry.

On December 6, VV Colorful Soybean Milk came into the market.

2004

On May 29, VV Group invested Western Mining Group Co., Ltd.

In the same year, VV multi-vitamin series, including soybean milk powder for women, soybean milk powder for primary and secondary school students, and soybean milk powder without sugar, and the new-branded VV oat series, such as milk oat with calcium, low-sugar and low-fat oat and sugar-free oat. VV Group developed 100% Liyuan Milk for Women, Tianshanxue Red Date Milk and yoghourt with European favor.

2003

On July 17, VV Group Headquarters was established, making VV Group’s management more standard.

On August 8, Xuzhou Hanzi Chayuan Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of VV Group, was put into operation.

In November, VV Dairy became ISO9001:2000 certified.

In December, Xuzhou VV Dairy obtained C-mark certification.

In the same year, Jining VV Dairy Co., Ltd., VV Eastern China Food & Beverage Co., Ltd. and VV Farming & Grazing Technology Co., Ltd. were established respectively in Jining, Wuxi and Zhangji.

2002

On January 1, VV Milk for family was served in Xuzhou.

Tianshanxue Milk, a new VV dairy product, served the nationwide market. In the same year, VV Group was named as the Designated Milk Manufacturer for Chinese Students and the National Soybean Milk Production Demonstration Enterprise. VV Group acquired Hutubi Yiran Dairy Co., Ltd. (a state-owned company), and established Xinjiang VV Tianshanxue Dairy Co., Ltd., Jinan VV Dairy Co., Ltd., Weifang VV Dairy Co., Ltd., and Wuhan VV Dairy Co., Ltd.. It also worked with Yinchuan Municipal People's Government State-owned Assets Supervision & Administration Commission to establish Yinchuan VV Dairy Co., Ltd. In the same year, VV Group realized the sales revenue of RMB 6.02 billion, with the profit tax of RMB 0.63 billion. VV Group was included in the second batch of National Leading Enterprises in Agriculture Industrialization.

2001

VV Group continued to strengthen its investment and expand its production scale. For example, it founded Xuzhou VV Milk Co., Ltd. in Xuzhou, and worked with Zhuhai Special Economic Zone Milk Co., Ltd. to build Zhuhai VV Daheng Dairy Co., Ltd. in Zhuhai. It also established Xinjiang VV Tianshanxue Farming and Grazing Technology Co., Ltd. in Korla, Xinjiang, Xi’an VV Resources Co., Ltd. in Xi’an, Luzhou VV Food & Beverage Co., Ltd. in Luzhou, Sichuan.

2000

In March, Premier Zhu Rongji visited VV Group.

On June 30, VV Group was listed in Shanghai Stock Exchange, with raised fund of RMB 1 billion. Since then, VV Group had initiated its starting-a-new-business strategy of keeping on developing soybean milk and entering the dairy industry across the board to develop its dairy business.

In the same year, VV Group worked together with the Zigui County People's Government, Hubei, to set up Yichang VV Food & Beverage Co., Ltd. Besides, it established VV Dairy Co., Ltd. in Xuzhou, Jiangsu Province, specializing in producing and selling food and beverages. At that time, VV Group owned more than 120 production lines for major soybean milk powder, with its annual production capacity being 180,000 tons. It also had two modern Tetra Pak beverage production lines, with the annual production capacity of 15,000 tons.

1999

In January, VV Group merged more than 30 food companies such as Baoji Food Factory, Henan Wugang Dairy Factory, Shannxi Sanyuan Dairy Factory, Sanbao Cream Factory, and Daqing Vegetable Oil Factory. VV Group developed the first-generation instant fishy-smell-free soybean milk with high calcium and low sugar. VV high-calcium low-sugar soybean milk, which realized the sound balance between soybean milk and milk, was able to effectively supply calcium our body needs. Without any instantizer or deodorant, it adopted the natural physical process which not only resolves the issue that dietary fiber was insoluble in water but also the fishy smell from bean remained. Besides, it had dietary fiber 10 times that of any other milk products but was completely instant.

On March 11, VV Group was elected as Jiangsu Provincial Key Enterprise and the Leading Enterprise in Integration of Trade, Industry and Agriculture by the Jiangsu Provincial People's Government. VV Group has 29 affiliated businesses, more than 40 production bases and over 110 modern production lines, with its total revenue of RMB 3.79 billion and the profit tax of RMB 0.42 billion.

On August 6, Xuzhou VV Food & Beverage Inc. was renamed as Xuzhou VV Food & Beverage Co., Ltd.

In the same year, VV Group initiated its development strategy of “Starting a new business”.

1998

On June 24, VV Soybean Milk was designated as the Jiangsu Major Famous Product by Jiangsu Famous Product Attestation Committee.

On August 8, Xuzhou VV Paper Container Co., Ltd., which was set up based on cooperation among VV Group, Xiaozhangjia Village, Maocun Town, and Tielong Logistics Co., Ltd. of the Ministry of Railways, went into operation, and produced 60 million paper bowls for instant noodles by the end of the current year, worthy of RMB 3.5 million.

On October 19, VV Group built a pig breeding farm which could raise a ten thousand breeding pigs in Yizhuang and could breed about 10,000 sows, including Landrace and Yorkshire, with its output value reaching up to RMB 20 million.

On November 22, Jiang Chunyun, a member of Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Vice-Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, visited VV Group.

In the same year, VV Soybean Milk was designated as the Well-known Trademark by the State Administration for Industry & Commerce of the People’s Republic of China. VV Honey Soybean Milk Powder came into the market. 4 oat production lines were put into operation. VV Group had 36 production bases, 6 raw materials supply bases, and more than 100 modern production lines. With the value of fixed assets being RMB 1.6 billion, it realized a sales revenue of RMB 3.3 billion and paid a profit tax of RMB 368 million. Topped the list of "Consumers' Ideal Brands", "Actual Purchase Brands" and "1998 Consumers' First-Choice Brands" for consecutive four years VV Soybean Milk eclipsed all rivals in the market in terms of sales volume according to results of the survey made by the Commercial Information Center of the Domestic Trade Department made on the basis of a thousand grocery stores.

In 1998, VV fought against the flood.

1997

On April 13, Li Tieying, a member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, State Councilors and Director of the People's Republic of China State Commission for Restructuring the Economic System, visited VV Group.

On May 15, Xu Zhonglin, Deputy Secretary of Jiangsu Provincial Party Committee of CPC, visited VV Group.

On July 1, VV Hengtianchao Hotel was in operation. (July 1, 1997 - May 1, 2009)

On December 26, VV Group got accredited ISO9002 Quality Certification.

At that time, VV Group conducted Soybean Health Project that cross the century in align with the National Soybean Action Plan. Actions include, gradually expanded varieties of soybean milk and soybean products in pilot counties; provided primary and middle school students with products at discount rate; picked 100 middle and primary schools and kindergartens to distribute free VV Soybean Milk; financed the educational movie, television programs about soybean together with Leading Group of National Soybean Action Plan; organized movie crews to take movies and technologies to countrysides; implemented “VV Soybean Seeds Project”; worked with R&D institutions to cultivate soybean breed of high quality and fund researchers who have contributed to seeds engineering; well prepared for the founding of “Soybean R&D Foundation” to support research projects and researchers for soybean food development; leveraged media to conduct soybean knowledge competition and consultation program at general, entertainment and education columns. New products include VV salad oil, VV purified water, VV natural juice, VV Instant Oats, VV ham sausage, and VV calcium soybean milk powder. VV Group had more than 10,000 employees and 120 soybean milk powder production line, with annual capacity of 180,000 tons, about an equivalent of 615 million bags. On average, everyone consumes 5.6 bags of soybean milk powder annually. Sales revenue reached RMB 3 billion, with profit tax being RMB 360 million and market share exceeding 80%. VV Soybean Milk Powder was labeled as Green Food by China Green Food Development Center. VV Group was awarded as “1997 China’s Leading Enterprise in Consumer Industry” and “1996-1997 China Industry Sales Champion” by the National Bureau of Statistics of China; In “1997 National Market Brand Research” organized by China Brand Quality Management Evaluation Center, VV was honored as No. 1 in sales, market share and market coverage. Its brand recognition, brand impact, quality satisfaction, customer satisfaction were all rated AAA. VV Soybean is entitled as “China First Soybean Milk Brand”.

1996

On April 12-13, Wu Bangguo, a member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, a member of Secretariat of the CPC Central Committee and the Vice Premier of the State Council, visited VV Group.

Through April 16 -19, Song Ping, former member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, and his wife together visited VV Group.

Through April 28 - 30, Li Peng, a member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and the Premier of the State Council, visited VV Group.

On July 22, VV rolled out its new Tetra Pak soybean drink. The Tetra Pak drink is made of high-quality soybean, fresh milk, vegetable oil and sugar, without such additives as essence, coloring matter or preservative. It is regarded as green and healthy food.

On September 19, VV Group, together with Vegetable Oil Factory of U.D.I (Israel), produced VV Salad Oil.

On October 26, Hu Jintao, a member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and a member of Secretariat of the CPC Central Committee, visited VV Group.

On December 14, Yuan Mulai, a member of CPPCC National Committee, visited VV Group.

In that year, Jiangsu VV Group Holding Ltd., Co. was renamed as VV Group Holding Ltd., Co. It expanded production scale by various forms of resource allocation, including merge and acquisition, rent, controlling stake and alliance. There were VV Soybean Milk Powder production lines in Haimen, Huaiyin, Yancheng, Daqing in Heilongjiang Province, Baoding in Hebei Province, Baoji in Shannxi Province and Xinjiang. In the same year, it established soft packaged soybean milk production line, 4 purified water production lines and 12 ham sausage production lines. It founded salad oil production base in northeast China, juice production base in Three Gorges area, producing juice, pear juice, sour plum juice with osmanthus sauce, peach juice and herbal tea, etc. It invested RMB 600 million for 110 soybean milk powder production lines. Nationwide, there were over 30 factories with the total capacity of 120 thousand tones, accounting for 80% of total production in China. Sales revenue reached RMB 2.2 billion, with the total profit tax being RMB 320 million. Within 10 years, the fixed assets increased by 1,200 times, sales revenue by 2,200 times and profit tax by 3,200 times. In terms of capital operation, VV expanded its operation to real estate management, real estate, transportation, packaging, advertisement, finance and catering service.

1995

In January, it occupied the second place of the list of "Consumers' Ideal Brands" and topped the list of the "Actual Purchase Brands" and "1995 Consumers' First-Choice Brands" in 1994 National Market Competitiveness List.

In February, it won the award of "1994 China's Best Market Brand".

In June, it became a member of China Association of Enterprises With Foreign Investment, participated in the "Showing Loving Hearts for the Employees" organized by All-China Federation of Trade Unions.

In July, credit of VV Group was rated at AAA level by BOC National Credit Rating Committee.

In August, Jiangsu Provincial Bureau of Standard issued the Certificate for Product Exemption from Quality Surveillance Inspection for VV Soybean Milk

In September, VV was awarded as 1994 China Top 10 Enterprises in Food Manufacturing Industry in terms of a single index by National Bureau of Statistics of China and CIIIC.

In October, VV Soybean Milk was given the title of Consumers’ Favorite Product in the 3rd Urban Games.

In November, VV Soybean Milk won the award of "1995 Excellent Operational Achievement" and the first prize of "1995 National Best-Selling Product 'Gold Bridge Award'" and was included in the list of "China's Famous Brands for Young Chinese Consumers".

In that year, VV registered its trademark and obtained the trademark’s exclusive right for using. The Group had 28 production bases, four of which were built by itself, and 16 were located at Huaihai Economic zone, with the rest located in Hebei, Heilongjiang, Xinjiang, Henan, Shannxi, Nantong in Jiangsu Province, Yangzhou, and Yancheng. It had 80 production lines, with the soybean milk capacity being160 thousand tons. It established 260 offices nationwide, with 9,000 employees. In 1994 and 1995, the Group recruited 457 undergraduates and college graduates from colleges and universities. VV Group realized its sales revenue of RMB 1.2 billion, with its profit tax of RMB 0.25 billion. The vigorous development of the Group drove the growth of surrounding diary industry. In Xuzhou, the number of dairy cows exceeded 10,000.

1994

In January, it won the title of "Recommendations as CNY Gift" and the First Prize in the first selection of "Children’s Favorite Food in Jiangsu Province";

In May, through shareholding system reform, Jiangsu VV Group became Jiangsu VV Group Co., Ltd. On 12, Jiangsu VV Group Co., Ltd. established a JV with (Hong Kong) Yongweifa Co. Ltd.

The JV is Xuzhou VV Food & Beverage Co. Ltd.

In June, VV Group joined the Well-known Trademark Protection Association; on June 30, Jiangsu VV Group, Non-staple Food Processing Factory in Jiawang District, Xuzhou and Tongshan County Huaihai Chemical Factory jointly established Jiangsu VV Group Co., Ltd. by raising funds from targeted sources.

In July, it obtained Enterprise Credit AAA Ratings.

In August, it ranked No. 5 in Food Manufacturing Industry of "China Top 500 Enterprises with Optimal Economic Benefits"

In October, it won the title of "Industrial Enterprise with Optimal Economic Benefits in Jiangsu Province" in China.

In November, it won the title of "Excellent Enterprise in Food Industry in Jiangsu Province".

In December, it won the Gold Metal in 1994 Food Fair, 1994 Well-known Trademark and Famous Product in Jiangsu Province.

In the same year, VV had 6 core-level enterprises, 10 closely-related enterprises, and more than 80 semi-closed or loosely controlled enterprises. It incorporated production, selling, raw material sourcing and R&D. It owned 20 production bases, with 60 production lines. Its market share exceeded 90%. The value of fix assets amounted to RMB 300 million, and annual output value RMB 500 million. It had 5,000 employees with the value of fixed assets being RMB 80 million, annual sales revenue being RMB 37.94 million, and profit tax being RMB 5.48 million.

The Group's Headquarters has 6 major functions: Administration, HR, Finance, Strategy, Audit, Management, and 6 centers: Production Management Center, Entity Development Center, Production Sourcing Center, Sales Center in South China, Sales Center in North China, and Comprehensive Operating Center. The three sales divisions of the Group has established subsidiaries and sales network in Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Nanjing, Wuhan, Chengdu, Ji'nan, Xi’an and other big-middle cities.

In March, it was awarded as China Top 100 Largest Food Manufacturing Company.

In May, it was recognized as Provincial Mid-size Tier-1 Enterprise.

In July, it won the award of the "Top 100 Chinese Enterprises in Food Industry".

In August, VV Soybean Milk Powder was given the title of "Domestic Bestseller" in China Domestic Products Fair.

On September 15, Wei Jianxing, a member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and the Secretary of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, visited VV Group.

In November, it won the Contribution Award in the International Week of Science and Peace and the Silver Metal in new technological product in China Hi-tech / New Products Exhibition.

In December, it won the Rising Star Award for Heidezhen and Golden Prize for series of soybean milk in the Second Youth Science and Technology Exhibition.

In the same year, the Group was recognized as “King of Soybean Milk in China” by National Bureau of Statistics of China and VV Peanut Protein Soybean Milk Powder, VV Heidezhen Soybean Milk Powder, VV Xylitol Healthy Soybean Milk Powder and VV Mixed Congee were rolled out. It expanded its operation scope: food line (yellow series: soybean milk powders; black series: Heidezhen, soybean milk-type black sesame paste; white series: wash-free rice and fine white flour; green series: soybean milk and natural drinks; health care series: xylitol healthy soybean milk powder.) Packaging line: various complex packaging, vacuum aluminum foil packaging, packaging machinery. VV has multiple development strategies by establishing real estate, transportation, catering service, decoration companies. Under the Group, there are Jiangsu VV CONTECH Food Co., Ltd., Entity Development Company, sales company, decoration company, transportation company, eight direct subsidies in East China, Central China and North China, six directly owned factories (No. 1, No. 2, No. 3, No. 4 and No. 5 soybean milk powder factory and the Rice Milling Plant), one distribution center and VV Mansion.

It established 12 production bases nationwide, with subsidiaries or offices in Beijing, Shanghai, Nanjing, Wuhan, Chengdu, Xi’an and Shenyang. The annual sales revenue reached RMB 150 million, and profit tax accounted for RMB 18 million. It had 2,200 employees with the value of fixed assets being RMB 60 million. Cui Guiliang was nominated as Excellent Entrepreneur in Xuzhou, “Top 100 Best Entrepreneurs”, ”Excellent Entrepreneur in Jiangsu Province”, and a member of the 8th Jiangsu Provincial NPC.

1992

In April, it was awarded as Advanced Unit for Civilized Grain Production in Jiangsu Province

In May, the soybean milk powder was recognized as Signature Product in China Friendly Visit Year.

In June, Xuzhou Soybean Milk Powder Factory established a JV with CONTECH International Trade Co., Ltd. (Germany) called Jiangsu VV CONTECH Food Co., Ltd. It has 6 production lines for soybean milk powder.

In October, xylitol and peanut protein soybean milk powder were given Excellent Prize in Provincial Technological Achievements, and soybean milk powder was given the Golden Prize in Provincial Youth Technology Fair.

On October 29th, Jiangsu VV Soybean Milk Group was established with rice milling plant, soybean milk powder factory, Jiangsu VV CONTECH Food Co., Ltd. as its core, and Zhangji factory, Pantang factory, Baiji factory, Jiawang factory loosely controlled. Production has expended to 4 categories and more than 30 varieties, including soybean milk powder, exported rice, feeds, beverage. The Group incorporates the capacity of raw materials, R&D, production, sales, etc. It rolled out peanut protein chocolate and xylitol healthy soybean milk powder.

At that year, sales revenue reached RMB 61 million. It paid RMB 8 million tax, with revenue of RMB 3.6 million. It was recognized as a trustworthy tax payer in Tongshan County. Cui Guiliang was recognized as Excellent Party Member in Tongshan County’s Grain System, Top 10 Excellent Youth in Xuzhou, Top 10 Extraordinary Youth in Xuzhou, and he was promoted to Deputy Director of Tongshan County Grain Bureau.

1991

In January, VV soybean milk powder was given the title of "Customers' Favorite Product" in the Joint Sales Exhibition of Famous, High-quality and Local New Products in Provincial Grain System.

In February, Xuzhou Soybean Milk Powder Factory acquired the former Yellow River Diary Factory in Pantang County, it altered the production line of Yellow River Diary Factory to a production line for bottled soybean milk drink with daily capacity of 50,000 bottles.

In June, it launched another soybean milk powder production line, which is computer-controlled and focuses on production of soybean milk beverage, VV fruit tea (hawthorn flavour).

In October, VV Soybean Milk Powder won the Golden Cup of “the Flower of Best Food” in China Food Festival. VV Soybean Milk Powder Factory was named as “Model in Provincial Food System”.

In November, Xuzhou Soybean Milk Powder Factory was regarded as an Advanced Unit by Jiangsu Provincial Grain Bureau in political motivation meeting in 1991.

In December, VV Soybean Milk Powder was awarded as Excellent New Product in A Decade New Achievement Fair in Chinese Food Industry; VV Soybean Milk Powder Factory was named as “Top 10 Excellent Enterprise” by local government.

In that year, sales revenue reached RMB 30 million, with profit tax of RMB 2 million. It had 200 employees.

1990

In September, VV Soybean Milk Powder was entitled “Golden Bull Award” in the 2nd Jiangsu New Products Exhibition.

In November, VV Soybean Milk Powder was awarded as “High-quality Product” by the Ministry of Commerce.

In December, Xuzhou VV Soybean Milk Factory was entitled as “Provincial Advanced Company”by Xuzhou Municipal People's Government, and the Rice Milling Plant was entitled as “Company Model” by Jiangsu Provincial Grain Bureau.

In the same year, Xuzhou Soybean Milk Powder Factory produced more than 1,000 tons of soybean milk powder, creating more than RMB 7 million market value. Together with rice processing, the production value reached RMB13.53 million, with profit being RMB 1.63 million, and fix assets achieving RMB 4.2 million.

1989

In April, it signed technology patent transfer agreement with Beijing Food Research Institute and introduced a soybean milk powder project that won National Spark Science and Technological Achievements to produce instant soybean milk powder. This was an impact of the theory in food industry, turn oil protein into food. Tongshan Country Rice Milling Plant was upgraded from county-level company into municipal-level one.

On November 5, trial production of soybean milk powder was done successfully, and the annual production capacity reached 600 tons.

On December 30, VV soybean milk powder passed the verification of provincial new products.

In the same year, Xuzhou Soybean Milk Powder Factory was established, with sales reaching 2,200 tons, production value increasing to RMB 15 million and output value exceeding RMB 14 million. The profit reached RMB 1.2022 million. The company was upgraded to provincial level.

1987

The Rice Milling Plant invested RMB 800 thousand in expanding workshop for exported rice and wash-free techniques.

In December, Cui Guiliang successfully competed for the position as the head of the rice milling plant.

1986

With the national plan reducing 50% annually, and local allocation vigorously reducing, the Rice Milling Plant decided to push the company to the market, adopt flexible strategy, operate with bargaining price. It used self-sourcing, self-processing and self-distributing methods to operate. In the same year, it produced over 11,000 tons of mixed feed, consisting 37.5% of county-wide total feed production. Its standard-grade 1 polished long-grained nonglutinous rice was distributed to Shandong, Shaanxi, Inner Mongolia, Beijing, Heilongjiang, Jining and Liaoning. It exported 4 million tons of special-grade 2 polished long-grained nonglutinous rice, filling the blank of no exported rice in Tongshan Country. Total output value reached RMB 8.68 million, with fixed asset of RMB 430,000. The profit exceeded RMB 370,000, an increase of 65% compared with that last year.

In that year, Cui Guiliang was relocated to the rice milling plant as a technician.

1985

The plant introduced advanced equipment, including one combined screening machine, two 30-5A rice machines, one CT36 rice huller, one CZ-CP rice screening machine, one mixed machine, etc. Annual rice production capacity: 15,000 tons, feed production capacity: 15,500 tons, actual output was 14,311.16 tons and 9,985.69 tons, respectively; annual production value amounted to RMB 7.3 million, with profit of RMB 226.5 thousand; at the end of that year, original value of fixed asset was RMB 384.3 thousand, and the net value was RMB 268.4 thousand. It had 50 employees, among which 2 were technicians.

1984

In January, Damiao Rice Factory was renamed as Tongshan Rice Milling Plant.

1972

In 1971, Damiao Rice Factory came into operation, with annual output of 8,479 tons. At that time, there were 3 Type 135 rice milling machines and supporting machine, with daily yield of 9 tons. Since 1980s, the demand for rice production increased significantly. Therefore, the Company invested in building a 2-storey rice processing workshop, and introduced advanced technologies and scientific management approaches.

1971

With the expansion of rice planting areas, and to solve difficulties in rice processing, the Company decided to establish Damiao Rice Factory at the top of Damiao Flour Processing Factory.

1963

In July, due to shabby equipment, high production cost, poor quality and insufficient raw materials, Damiao Flour Processing Factory was shut down.

1961

It was equipped with steel mill for the processing of flour, rice and grains.

1960

Damiao Starch Factory was renamed as Tongshan Damiao Flour Processing Factory. In the same year, it purchased Japanese-style combined rice milling machine, with a daily capacity of 17,500 kg.

1959

In October, Damiao Starch Factory was put into operation, with 6 stone mills that have a daily capacity of 4,000 kg.

1958

Damiao Starch Factory was launched.
